Our front office staff regularly receives in-service training and attends meetings outside the office to ensure we offer the most up-to-date information on today’s healthcare issues. Our Medical Staff
Our medical staff consists of devoted and competent medical professionals that include registered nurses and highly trained laser technicians trained in laser hair removal treatments, non-ablative laser treatments, IPL treatments, microdermabrasion, wound care, chemical peels, Levulan Blue Light treatment for acne and pre-cancers, and Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments for hair loss. These procedures are done under the direct supervision of Dr. Hopkins, who evaluates the patient initially, establishes the treatment plan, and monitors treatment response. Knowledge, kindness, and competence drive our staff to perform at the highest level every day. Equipped with comprehensive training, they assist Dr. Hopkins in routine office follow-ups, in-office surgery, and cosmetic procedures.
Our Aestheticians
In addition to our medical dermatology treatments, our talented team of aestheticians provide medical-grade skincare treatments that offer both cosmetic and medical benefits. These treatments can be fully customized around your skin type and skin care needs, complementing the care you receive from Dr. Hopkins and the rest of our staff. Specifically, our aestheticians are highly experienced in performing facials like the Geneo™ facial and the Hydrafacial™. They can also help you develop a personalized skin care plan with our medical-grade skin care products. These products and treatments are available exclusively at medical practices like Hopkins Dermatology, where our aestheticians are excited to assist you in any way possible.
Regina Nicholson, PA-C
Regina Nicholson is a board certified Physician Assistant. She was raised in Southlake and Colleyville, TX and graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees with summa cum laude honors at Clarion University in Pennsylvania. Regina majored in Biology and Secondary Education. In 2018, She received a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey and started her career in dermatology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic. Regina relocated to the DFW metroplex in 2021 to be closer to family and friends.
At Hopkins Dermatology, her practice includes performing total body skin exams, locating and treating skin cancers and pre-cancerous lesions, diagnosing and treating rashes, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, nail issues and variety of aesthetic services. Regina is passionate about offering non-invasive treatments like GentleCure to her patients and assisting with the IG-SRT treatments.
She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Recently Regina completed a Dermatology Fellowship program with Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
In her free time, Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting,
traveling, and reading science fiction.
